About the Quicksand Case

Air bubbles may occasionally appear inside the quicksand liquid chamber; this is a natural physical phenomenon and not a product defect.

Bubbles form naturally due to shifts in ambient temperature or atmospheric pressure, and are particularly common in high-temperature environments. Using your smartphone while charging causes the device temperature to rise, which may accelerate bubble formation inside the liquid layer.
