A clear copy or photo of your proof of purchase/receipt;
A photo or video of the defective product.

Wait for email confirmation. If an email confirmation is not received within 1-2 days, please email us at warranty@tenkiebox.com;
Tenkie Box will send an assessment report via email, within 3-5 working days. If the reported problem is found to be genuine and covered by the warranty, the assessment report will include the remedies available to the consumer and instructions on how to proceed.
If a product is found to be eligible for replacement the damaged product must be surrendered to Tenkiebox Concepts Inc.
