For selected areas within Metro Manila, we ship orders through Grab or Lalamove. For other areas we ship through J&T, Gogo Express or LBC.
Our order cut-off time is 3pm. If you live within Metro Manila, expect to receive your order within the same day. After this hour, all orders will already be processed the following working day. Shipping is free for orders P1,000 and above. For orders P999 and below, our shipping fee is fixed at P150. You may also opt to pick up from our Head Office in Makati or in select OtterBox kiosks for zero costs on shipping upon checkout.
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the following conditions: Products valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only for those received with any damage, defect or discrepancy. We’re open Monday through Friday, from 8AM to 4PM. Concerns must be reported within 7 days upon receipt of your order. Yes, we accommodate orders with Cash on Delivery as mode of payment through Gogo Express. Please take note that Gogo Express may be unavailable in some remote areas.

PopSockets products come with a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Please send us an email at email@example.com containing a photo of your purchased product and a copy of your receipt. Defective item/s together with a copy of the receipt must be returned to the Tenkie Box head office (or in any of our OtterBox stores) in order for the warranty claim to be processed.
